Use xml4js and provided schemas to extract base64 blob from a command line.

I want a command line tool written for node possibly using [login to view URL] that can : 1. Parse and extract the certificates from the the EU Trust List (EUTL) 2. Parse and extract the certificates from the Mozilla Trust List 3. Filter the certificates extracted (in the case of Mozilla) to based on the "trust bits" (email, code signing, www). A potential command line might look like this: node tl-create --eutil -mozilla -for email, code,www [login to view URL] The EU Trust List is available in XML here: [login to view URL] The XML can be parsed with this: [login to view URL] I have the associated XSDs so parsing should be very straight forward. The Mozilla list can be found here: [login to view URL] An example perl module that parses this list can be found here: [login to view URL] For each certificate the output would look something like this: Country: UK Operator: European Commission Source: EUTL -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- ... ... -----END CERTIFICATE----- or for a mozilla entry maybe like this: Country: US Operator: DigiCert, Inc For: email, www, code Source: Mozilla -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- ... ... -----END CERTIFICATE----- I will use this in a make file for a larger project, it will also be open sourced with a BSD license for others to use.
