Looking for an Investor for an Exciting company

I have been running by business as a sole trader for the last 2 years and am now looking for form a limited liability company. I am looking to raise $20,000 AUD in shares and sell off 20% of the company to investors. The money will be used to ensure that cashflow remains strong. I currently have 8 full time employee's and recently due to rapid growth the business has started earning over $5,000 USD a month. I am planning on giving 50% of the profit back as dividends. The dividends alone makes this an exciting opportunity. So with a 20% shareholding an investor could expect $500.00 per month out of this investment - thats $6000 per year on $20,000!!!
