Legal Representative in Delaware

Job Title: Legal Representative My name is Charles Nichols. I am a US Citizen currently living abroad and in charge of a Financial Broker Company based in Panama. I have been looking to open a Company in the United States with the purpose of expanding my business. After conducting extensive research, opening up a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the state of Delaware is ideal for all intents and purposes related to my business plan. I am searching for a Legal Representative to act on behalf of the newly formed U.S. Company. What I am expecting from the Legal Representative who carries out the role is the following: - To hold a special position within the Company with the legal power to represent it and enter into binding obligations with the State of Delaware Laws and the Articles of Incorporation of the Company. - To receive and custody the LLC business documents when the company goes through establishment registration formalities with the authority. - To provide a Delaware-based address for receiving all relevant forms and documents involved in the creation of the LLC. - To create company bank account(s) (in person) and fulfill all subsequent duties that ensure the full functionality and operation of such account(s). The expected requisites from the Legal Representative are listed below: - Previous experience in business banking - Relevant credentials to prove qualification for the job The chosen legal representative will receive in exchange: - A one-time payment of five hundred (500) USD once the relevant forms and documents needed to create the LLC Business have been properly received and custodied. - A one-time payment of one thousand (1000) USD once the related bank account(s) are established and fully operational(including company credit card activation at an ATM). - A monthly fee of one thousand five hundred (1500) USD for the corresponding supervision and management of all relevant Company Accounts. These fees are merely indicative. The final amount is subject to change based on the legal representative's ability to fulfill all the tasks listed above. This will be done with a prior discussion between the two parties.
