Hi I am looking for a corporate trainer to train my client on contract drafting...below mentioned are specific details Contract drafting/vetting & Analysis from Professional Services/IT/ 3rd Party Logistics Agreements perspective. Anatomy of a contract and its clauses wrt specific agreements as mentioned above negotiation best practices both from Legal and commercial standpoint how to contemplate points to terminate the contract for breach in case we have not tracked milestones the absence of Termination for Convenience Clause points to leverage in negotiations to avoid paying minimums or fixed costs if we terminated before the end of the agreement wrt to content you have shared a list of rules/Principles or manual would do and same can be referred wrt Professional Services/IT/ 3rd Party Logistics Agreements while contract Review/Vetting/Analysis so that team can refresh their memories and concentrate on another part of the training i.e. more on the specifics of the respective agreements as mentioned above.
