100 UK One Way Links Required

I need 100 one-way, non-reciprocal links from UK pages with a Google PR4+ related to the Automotive/Car Industy (such as number plates, car clubs, car insurance etc.) There should be minimum 10 links from PR6+ pages, 20 or more links from PR5+ pages and rest of the links could be from PR4+ web pages. At Least 65% must be from UK Sites, 35% would be ok from US Sites, NO other countries! - Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website - The page our link is placed on must be a minimum PR4+ - There is no more than 25 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed - Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days - Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink (to be provided to winning bidder) - No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics - Link page should be only from English language sites - Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc - Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. - Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links - No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges - Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa - No sites banned by google. - Must be manually submitted. - No link schemes, No blog comments, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups - Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses - deployment of the links over 2 – 3 Months Max Please no BLACK HAT SEO will be allowed!. You may be required to explain the link building approach in the PMB to consider your bid. All links must be approved before you place the link. Please send me an excel sheet including, the site's URL, site PR, Site Name and Site Type. I'll provide the title/anchor text for our site. The links must be LEGIT and PERMANENT. Payment will be made once all links are verified. Only a partial payment will be made if not all 100 links completely follow the criteria given above. Bonus: If you can deliver the complete project in 1.5 months, I will pay 20% bonus. I reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet my terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead. I MAY be willing to increase the bid for the RIGHT person that can complete this correctly.
