Hi how are you. i recommend to use sftp for that sftp is more secure than ftp and do you want also give ssh access to users or u want to block ssh too. i can setup it for you thanks good luck....

Hi, What level of restriction is required. I hope the ftp is created for them to upload files. And you need restriction to edit the existing files? May be I can come up with a solution if i get the full scenario. Thanks
