I have a dedicated linux server that will be used as my Plex server. I would like a fresh install of Xubuntu on with VNC access. There are two 3tb hard drives I would like setup so I can utilize all of the space. Right now they are setup as raid and only show as 1tb available. I am planning to reinstall base Ubuntu 14.04LTS so you can start from scratch.
