Hello; I have read your RFP and would be extremely excited to work with you on it. I use python in the fields of data analysis, machine learning, deep learning and computer vision. The knowledge I have can serve as a very good starting point to the project. In my point of view, machine learning won't be your optimum solution but rather deep learning techniques such as CNNs. We will first search for available models and then tune them to your custom image datasets. We might use deep learning frameworks (e.g. pytorch), or deep learning integrations existent in computer vision packages such as OpenCV or YOLO. Hi, I can do something for your org. but finally need the photos, because need to create one AI/ML app for you which teach from images. The images must to be the field of fitness for future app. Need example pros/positive and contra/negative this subject of searching. It's very good if you have many examples of images for training and testing phase. So need to be labeled images (so need to know if any image is +/positive or -/negative). So before at all you must to prefixed the filename of each image with pos_ or(exclusive) neg_, because need to know if the image is example/sample positive or negative. If work with incertitude of images(in this case the each image must to be have one percent-level of certitude=something like probability attached/associate to the each image), let me know because in this case the app will be more complicated. And another initial-condition is to have much more one image for each location/case/place because in this case will be more information "hidden" behind of these photos/images. And another stuff: for prediction, the accuracy of 100% is not guaranteed....
