I need to create a script for a button in filemaker. the script should send a text message through desktop whatsapp app in osx. The message text should be taken from a field called "message" in the record. The recipient number (which will be also in my address book) should be taken from a field called "cellNumber" in the record. The script should run for each record in the found set enabling me to send multiple whatsapp messages with a click of the button.

Hi There, You'll either need to use the WhatsApp Business API for this, or another 3rd party service like Twilio to route the messages through your WhatsApp account. Both of these options are paid-for services, but can be configured to do what you're describing from Filemaker. There's about half a day's work involved, once you've setup your WhatsApp or Twilio account. Let me know if you need more clarification, James.
