Job Description: We are looking for Lead Generation for our mobile training delivery platform & services from the below mentioned target segments. We invite well-established BPO/Outsourcing Contractors, who can help us in B2B sales. Target Segments: Corporates, SMEs & Training Companies in USA (Both East & West Coasts) What We Provide: We will provide to you – 1- Sample Calling Scripts ( Script changes are welcomed for better output) 2- Initial handholding for pitching solution & services, Review of literature, brochure & website for objection handlings to calling team What We Expect: 1- You should have you own lead databases for the target segments. 2- The agents will be able to make qualified appointments with the right stakeholders also set up a Demo wherever required. The definition of qualified appointment is as follow: a. Appointment (Demo) must be made with the right stakeholders from the companies – Senior Managers L&D/Training Heads/VP HR/CEO – Training Companies. b. Prior to appointment, prospects must understand that the objective of our appointment is to showcase our solution & understanding their training scenarios. 3- Please note that reporting your progress and communicating issues is necessary, so that we may help improve the process. Compensation: We can provide a weekly/monthly payment income. *PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE PAYING IN ADVANCE Selection Process: 1- We are only looking for serious bidders, who had prior experiences of working with SaaS/ Cloud service providers. 2- No single contractors unless you are experienced and would look to act as a project leader and have a team to fulfill the project. 3- Voice recordings of callers to better understand their lead generation capabilities.
