First of all, I'd start with my budget. The budget is 40$ max.
Now, for the job:
I currently own a website ([login to view URL]) that is actually an index of other web-sites with many categories.
I'm using excel as the database for my web-site.(attached is my excel file that has the sites and the categories).
In the database I would like to have the following fields (tables), in the next order:
Site name (text field)
Affiliate (text field)
Link (http link)
Photolink (text)
Categories
Shipping Code(text)
Shipping (text)
Description (text)
Site ID (num)
Requirements from the form/app of the database are as follows:
1. I could add\edit "sites" – records to the database
2. I could add or remove categories of each "site".
3. I could export the database to a tab-delimited text file.
4. The database would work on Windows and MAC
5. I'll have an option to add or remove "sites" - records from the database.
6. I would have a future option to change the categories in the future.
I currently have 18 categories which you can see in the excel file.
An important note:
The data in the database would eventually be in Hebrew. I can add the data manually if needed.
Time for completing the project is 3 days.

As I understand You are in need of simple database only for internal use which is not connected to the website and can only be accessed through Your computer. If so then the job could be done in 3 days using latest MS Access software and allowing You to use the database with MS Access 2010 Runtime which will be included in the final installation file and is free.
