Hello there, I am interested in the project. I have read the requirement document and I am sure I can deliver you the exact features you are looking for. Just one issue is there, that is storing the templates. Registry entry is ideal for small config/settings data, not for templates, so I would recommend storing it in the filesystem(inside AppData/ProgramData folder). I'll develop the solution in c# and provide an installer for distribution/deployment. Full source code will be provided on project completion. Time to delivery is 7-10 days. Thank You.
