Full Stack Developer (React Native and PHP Laravel) Mobile App Android/IOS project

We have a developed application uploaded to the platforms, we want to improve it, and more importantly, we want to add a monetization module already defined. That is to say, the screens are designed and the scheme is already defined, the implementation is missing. If everything goes well, the hired person will stay to work on the following modules or functionalities of the application, apart from monetization, which is the first thing we need. I need a developer with a lot of experience in : * React Native * Laravel With completed projects that are: * Mobile applications for Android and IOS * Monetization Wanted: * Good understanding of a project already written and developed. * Creativity * Ability to work alone and in a team * Ability to work alone and as part of a team. * Estimates for each task assigned to you. * Quality in writing code * Vision to improve the project, think about the project to scale it. * Visibility and transparency of all the work you do. * Daily reports of what was worked on, will be worked on and is being worked on. To start the job we will request an interview with the Project Manager, the interview will consist of commenting how is the environment in the app, what we have what we are looking for and how this person can help, if qualified, we will start with the freelancer and will be given some time to look at the project and understand the code, will be assigned a test, this test will be the correction of one or more errors within the project (paid) and will work as if the real work has already begun, but touching much simpler aspects.
