Android programmer who uses Dreamweaver needed

Project Description: I need a custom application made(quickly!) I need someone who is VERY experienced in coding for android in Adobe Dreamweaver 5.5 build 5315 , to create a feature rich, and nice looking application This will not be a "regular"application. It will have some special function for a Q&A based multimedia database. This needs to be a job that can be completed quickly Here is what I'm looking for: - someone who can code and UI design. - Someone who has a 4 or 5 star rating - Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products! * I will do most of the work in Dreamweaver myself, if there's more advanced coding I will be your responsibility as well as bug fixes and testing it in an android emulator. This program must want on android 2.2 or above. You will be responsible for exporting the final product.
