We need an application built that captures data from a Truck and creates a csv file that can be uploaded to a data base. The app acts like a form in a database and collects data in real time. A pdf of the data must also be created. The app will be used on a tablet, and will record what the truck is doing - e.g. is it being loaded, is it being unloaded, where it is loaded, where it is unloaded. The user will input much of the data into data entry cells. We expect that the project will take a number of weeks to complete so we are looking for a competitive hourly rate. Freelancers with experience in databases, gps dispatching applications will be highly regarded.

Hey buddy! I've done a lot of complex and high networking apps, also i like to do server side coding in php, java and Node.js. I know SQL as well as Non-SQL database like mongoDb. I have done a similar project in which netherlands rails real time data were updated by the rail car driver by our application, and was stored using a Scala Backend into the MongoDb.
