Hi. I have 3 stages to this project and I will pay accordingly. Freelancers are invited to apply for Stage 1 which is as follows: - I want an android/iphone mobile phone app that allows a user to make a phone call and play music (or an audio file) saved on the phone at the same time. The music/audio file has to heard by the other person and therefore requires overcoming the automatic cancellation of music that usually occurs when making or receiving a call. Stage 2 and 3 are dependent on the success of Stage 1. I have created a very basic version of Stage 1 using the MIT Application. The volume is the main issue that I can not overcome. Thanks
