(((((((((( iOS 7 SDK: iBeacons ))))))))))))))))) Required a basic application to work on iPhone and ipad and connected via Bluetooth Low Energy BLE. one devices pass message to other device if they entering on each other zone. message should be from xml or sql database. example one iPhone work as sender and second as receiver and sender iPhone also link to online basic data base to pass various encoded messages and tell the location of other device (receiver) as well .
