Build an app for our company

Our company Beach Walk Australia runs beach walks around Australia. [login to view URL] Some of the walks are short and some are long running over several days. Whilst most of our walks at this point have been guided we wish to explore the possibilty of users being able to purchase a self guided walk where they can follow a pre-determined path. We are seeking the talents of an experienced APP developer to create both an apple and android app to meet the following goal. We wish that a person staying in a particular hotel is able to purchase a walking tour map in either apple android format specific to their hotel that shows a choice of self guided beach walks from that particular hotel. As they individual walks they are able to see their progress on their phone as their journey is marked on the map, Specifically once the app is purchase the individual would be able to choose from a few optional walks and use their mobile phone to follow some way points via their GPS on their phone. Ideally it would be possible to match up some way points with some pics of the way point that we have take previously. To be awarded this brief you must be able to solve the following challenges * Find a way to transport GPS co-ordinates from walk we have saved previously on existing GPS such as a handheld Garmin and transpose them onto the app that also shows a satellite map of the given area in high detail. Open to existing software integration if this is possible. * figure out a way to take payment for the sale of this app and automatically split it between our company and the hotels bank account. *Make the format easy use and easy for the user to find their way back to hotel using the app. * The app should appear as if its a service provided by the hotel as well as beach walk australia so that the hotels are more likely to recommend our product. * Build one app that allows to custom tweak it for each hotel so that we dont have to build a new app from scratch for each hotel. Perhaps the user downloads a free app and then purchases the maps for that particular hotel ? * It would be great to have other features such as displaying our upcoming guided walks, some safety information about the walk etc. * The App should have a clean white them similar to the website. The winning application must have a good track record of * Designing GPS apps before * making good user friendly phone apps in both android and apple that have minimum bugs and good ratings. * Be willing to fix any bugs at no charge. * Writing clean and easy to use code * find a way to calculate time and distance to the next way point, time and distance to end of journey and time and journey back to the starting point.
