I would like to develop an application where there's two categories of users that can meet up. Category 1 : Users have the ability to post an announce Category 2 : Users would answer an announce posted by sending : A comment + a file + a quick video of max 10 minutes developpement of the App is suitable for both Andoid and IOS.... + Source Code (I use Android Studio)
