I build float tanks and the control panel is currently accessible via scanning a QR code to control the Water pump, temperature, lights etc. I can currently only access the control panel from the phone in the same room as the appliances I would like to be able to access the current control panel/ appliances via wifi (ie. Your system has a local WiFi access point, right? so, make it as a public access point which is connected over internet. You should know the public address of your system and then map this into your access point using port forwarding method

This can be done using ESP32 or ESP8266 boards where it would be able to control within WiFi LAN using TCP or UDP. For more accessible solution it can be controlled via internet by integrating into firebase or any other IOT service. Let's have a quick chat on your requirements specifically on your devices, because there might be limitations as well according to your application.
