Hello I have made my own multiplayer game(Mutant bugs life - on googleplay store). I used Photon Unity Networking. I would use the same for you project. I am a C# coder and a Unity Developer. I enjoy making games and creating features. I am able to do this task for you in the allotted time if you have a working single player game that won't have to be changed much for the multiplayer transition.
