Update existing React Mobile app to support email and phone number verification

We have an existing mobile app written in React Native that asks for a user's email and phone number during the sign-up process. We are looking for a developer to assist us in adding both email and phone verification. The sign-up flow is as follows: 1) User launches the app for the first time 2) User is prompted to enter their name, email and phone number. 3) User clicks the Next button. 4) User is taken to the following screen that asks for the one-time-passcode that is sent via SMS. The user must correctly enter this passcode to complete the sign-up process. 5) Meanwhile, an email is sent to the email provided by the user to verify the user's email. This step can be completed at a later time by the user and is not necessary to the sign-up process."
