We are looking for an Android app that is a proof of concept for interacting with USSD. The app should have a "START" button. When it is tapped, the app dials a fixed USSD number (say, *#06#). The app records the response (the IMEI number) and displays that using a Toast or something similar. After the proof of concept of sending USSD codes and receiving the response is completed, we will want to move on to the actual application, which involves reading from a networked database, dialing a USSD code based on database values, processing response menus, entering additional information such as transaction ids and pins, and updating the database with the result.
