ERROR: Zend_Db_Adapter_Exception: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory (Abstract.php:144)

We are running suse 13.1 with the latest plesk 12 version. We have been working on DKIM, DomainKeys, SPF and postfix (editing the [login to view URL] file). This morning after rebooting, the error message show up "ERROR: Zend_Db_Adapter_Exception: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory ([login to view URL])" as we didn´t touched anything regarded php, mysql or plesk files (Only reinstalling postfix trough the administration panel, yesterday) we reeboted a few times and now we have a network missconfiguration, and the http 80 tcp port is closed, that's why all the hosted webpages are not showing. How much would it cost to rapair it, the plesk error, network interface (we can't do ping) and open the port 80 tcp. I have to mention that we need to resolve this issue as soon as posible, For network configuration we can provide more details as where are the suse network files, all the firewalls are disabled, so we don't know why the 80 tcp port is disabled. Checking the opened posts we can access [login to view URL] , ssh terminal, ftp...but the first one will show the error. Thanks in advance, Eugen P.
