Introduction: I am looking for a skilled freelancer to assist with audio transcription projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in audio and video annotation and be able to follow detailed guidelines provided. Requirements: - Audio Annotation: The project requires the transcription of audio from native languages. In this project you will be required to segment individual speech segments and assign those segments to the appropriate speaker - Detailed Guidelines: I will provide detailed guidelines for the transcription of audio processes. It is crucial that the freelancer can follow these guidelines accurately. - Quantity of Transcription: The project involves transcriptioning of audio/video ranging from 30 seconds to 30 minutes. Therefore, the freelancer must be able to handle a large volume of work effectively. - Keyboard : This project requires good keyboard for typing Skills and Experience: - Audio Transcription Expertise: The freelancer should have prior experience in Audio Transcription and be familiar with various annotation techniques. - Attention to audio/video: The ability to accurately transcribe transcription from audio/video according to detailed guidelines is essential. - Time Management: With a large number of audio/video to be transcribed, the freelancer should possess excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of the project. If you have the necessary skills and experience in Audio Transcription and can adhere to detailed guidelines, I would be interested in discussing this project further with you. Please provide examples of previous transcription/annotation work you have done. We are looking for Maithili speakers who can read & write the text in native language. It is a continuous monologue ranging from 30 seconds to 30 minutes. It is required to segment individual speech segments, each segment cannot be longer than 30 seconds. Within the transcription tool there will be further instructions on how to do this. The project is based on audio/video where the associate needs to identify the words spoken in a given audio/video based on the nativity of the language. Need to have the strong nativity and writing skills Expectations - Expected time/transcription - each segment cannot be longer than 30 seconds and transcribe each and every word spoken in that particular time frame - Quality Expectation - 98%+ - Budget - USD 3.5 - 4.00 USD / hour - In total there will be 5 milestones and eligibility to qualify for the next milestone depends on the quality & average handling time achievement. For e.g. if in Milestone 1 you achieve the quality of 90% vs 95% target, you will not be awarded the next milestone. Training Process: Assessment : 10-15 min(Qualifier) Classroom Training : 3 hrs English Test : 10-15 min(2 attempt, 95% is the qualifier) Training English Queue : 1 hrs(95% Quality is the qualifier) Language specific training queue : 1.5 hrs(95% Quality is the qualifier) Rules to follow: The project is based on Audio diarization recognition where the associate needs to identify the words from the speaker in an audio/video based on the nativity of the language. Need to have the strong nativity and writing skills Interface of the tool: - Numbers/annotation will be actively tracked - Total time spent on the tool will be captured Checklist: - NDA Signed (This will be issued later in the project) - Passed Initial annotation Review Milestones and deadlines: - The project will be open until 31st May 2024, at which point all work must stop and the project will be closed, not matter where you are in the annotation process (unless we specify otherwise during the project) - The project will take on four phases per freelancer, each freelancer will need to complete their current milestone before moving onto the next milestone, attempting to complete the three milestones before the deadline. (You will be assessed on your current milestone, and will only receive a new milestone if you are successful in the current milestone) 1. Milestone 1 : 10 Hrs 2. Milestone 2 : 100 Hrs 3. Milestone 3 : 100 Hrs 4. Milestone 4 : 100 Hrs All milestones will be released upon completion of mentioned hours with the required number of annotations. The employer will release milestones within 72 hours of the above conditions being met.
