This project aims to build a help desk system that will help the organization to manage problem and support tickets requests. The tickets can be opened manually by a person or automatically through SNMP traps originated from an external application. The help desk system also should provide notifications about tickets through email and SMS. Functional Requirements The solution should support following features: 100% Web-Based Interface User management Tickets Creation Tickets Request Assignments and Prioritization E-Mail and SMS Alerts PDF Generation, Spreadsheet and Word document Exports Simple and advanced search Statistics and reports FAQ Knowledge Base check attachment for more details
