Please refer to the attached zipped files. We need data from two web services to be imported into a MS-Access database - RPWS for patient demographics and [login to view URL] for patient visits). There will be three calls: 1. By patient (using the NHI number) to return demographics 2. By patient (using NHI number) to return a list of visits/encounters (PatientEncounterHistorySummary) 3. By visit/encounter number, to return details about one encounter (EncounterDetailHistory) The Access application must loop through each element and add to a local Access table, with the elements mapping to table columns. We have msi files for setting up the web services locally, and these can be configured to run locally with test data. The Access application must use VBA to talk to the web services. It seems that a COM wrapper will need to be developed. Attached is also a previous development of a COM wrapper, which was not finished, it may be of use ([login to view URL]). Also attached is an ASP.NET project which uses the patient demograpahics web service, this may be of help also ([login to view URL])
