With over 10 years experience with PHP and MySQL, I can develop the business management project. I also develop with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery and the CodeIgniter framework. I have recently been developing a custom modular CMS that would be perfect for this project. The CMS includes several core modules that can be extended to fit your project needs such as Members, Groups, Permissions, Pages, Themes, Settings, Files and much more. With the CMS being modular, it allows for each feature to be self-contained within it's own directory as well as its own logic. This allows for features to be added or existing modules to be modified without shutting down the entire system.
