279979 Forum creation and promotion

Hi, I would like a forum for my existing website ( a blog). You must be able to add a banner link to the forum on the wordpress blog and promote the forum (google adwords, etc) to bring in at least 600 people in the first week. It shouldn't be to difficult a job. The website I am building the forum for gets in excess of 850 visitors a day. I want the forum to look professional and have the ability to place ads between posts and along the sides. I want it to tie in with the existing design of the website and be as light a design as possible. The forum must have an administrator (me) and the ability to add moderators. We must also be able to ban members who have broken the rules. Payment will be made by escrow but will only be completed once there have been at least 25 posts and 600 visitors.
