Health Food industry trade event. Would like to have an area set up where our accounts can have their picture taken. Not really sure what the pay should be. Its in Toronto, it is active at the booth for 3 hours. Date is Friday November 11th and I am hoping to have a printer where we can print the pictures on site. Not sure if you would have this. Open to ideas and discussion at this stage. Joanne

Hi Joanne, I live relatively close by and can easily make November 11th work. I'm currently working for a student group at Ryerson as a photographer and will be doing similar event style photography throughout the year. I have a Canon T5i camera with 4 sigma lenses (Portrait Zoom, Macro, Wide Angle, Telephoto) as well as other camera equipment. Printing on-site might be difficult and could drive up your expenses, I've found in the past it's easier to post these photos onto Social Media channels or send digital copies to participants. However that being said, it isn't impossible but that is something that can be discussed. My only question is would you be providing your own backdrop (ie something branded) and props? If that is covered then it should be a simple process of setting up the camera and taking pictures of people as they come through. I can even bring my laptop and live shoot, meaning people will be able to see their photos immediately.
