Paint style drawing of baseball players

I would like to have a drawing (that looks like a painting) of 5 baseball players created for me.? The attached image [login to view URL] is the general structure of what I'd like.? A headshot of each player, with a smaller action shot of each player underneath that headshot.? I would like the drawing to have the quality, style and realism found in image StyleType.jpg.? All of the players would meld together to create one continuous piece.? I would like the head and action shots to be about the same size.? In my sample [login to view URL] they are different sizes. The 5 players I'd like to be in the drawing are Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, Hank Arron, Lou Gehrig and Ted Williams.? I've attached many images of each player (both head and action shots).? I don't have a preference as to the pose of each player’s action shot.? You can choose poses that would best fit the image.? I would however like Babe Ruth to be in the Yankee uniform not the Red Sox one (the Yankee uniform is the one with stripes).? I would like the final image in a print quality Photoshop file so I can print it on paper up to 14x18 in size. Any samples of your previous realistic drawings would be greatly appreciated.
