Alter Website Slider Image - extend image by recreating waterfall

I need 1 image of a waterfall altered so it fits onto slider. The current image is too small to fit into the 1920 x 729 frame, and I would like the designer to recreate the trees/rocks/water to extend into the whole frame (I.e., make up the rest of the picture to the right). Also remove watermarks. The existing rock/trees/water texture and colors will need to be recreated to the right of the existing image to create a longer width one that is photorealistic for a website slider. 2 image uploads included: 1 of how it looks on the website slider, 1 original image
