Guys We are a Wedding Photography company looking for a photo editor / retoucher to use on an ongoing basis for when we get too busy. Your job will be to meet our style and take pride in each and every photo you edit. We have set actions and presets we use as a base for our photos but also use some creative vision to hand edit our best shots of the wedding. These will generally be the location shots. We can discuss there finer details to the successful candidate. We are looking to pay between .25c to 1 AUD per image depending on how much editing / retouching is involved. The quantity of images from weddings can range from 50 to 450. To be successful you must have excellent understanding of Photoshop/Lightroom. - Be extremely meticulous/perfectionist. - Have an understanding of photography - Have an understanding of how to fix underexposed, not sharp, not straight images etc - Be proactive & honest - Be equipped to handle large file sharing between each other (i.e dropbox) Last but least someone who enjoys photo editing/alterations. Someone who enjoys it will do a much better job than someone who is just after some money! Please provide some example of your work, thankyou.
