Fixes and improvements on Codeigniter site

Hi we need a developer talented and really expert. Preferably European due to working schedule. We have a low budget on this one as it's a few things left to finish a website and we have a designer employed so you will only deal with code, php,jquery and mysql. Below i provide a list of fixes and improvements but whomever it is be flexible as i am not interested in paying more for a simple button or a function that doesn't work well.. I think it's about 4-5 days of work so the sum is more than enough and the budget left is around 120 dollars.... Please bid on budget, be quick and flexible and know your php.
