osCommerce checkout page modification.

Dear Freelancers, I'm looking for someone to modify the checkout page of an already existing oSCommerce store. In addition to installing a checkout a purchase without account module ([login to view URL],355)it will need to contain the following; -An AJAX summary of the order pops up on the checkout page with a prompt to finish or make a correction -success page contains all relevant receipt info w/ a notice to call/e-mail if something is incorrect Here is the break down of needed fields; [login to view URL] Field Group 1: 1) First Name 2) Last Name 3) E-mail 4) Phone. 5) Company field should exist, but be hidden w/ css by default. a checkbox or textlink that says "Business?" should unhide it. inside the same space but clearly separated should be a field for e-mail/password login. Label should read: "Have an account? Login to use your saved information." Obviously, if someone is logged in, the info should be populated automatically (everything except CC # / EXP because its not stored) Field Group 2: Payment Information: 1) Billing Street Num 2) Billing Street Name (1 & 2 on the same line if you can make it look good) 3) Billing City 4) Billing State 5) Billing Zip (again, minimize number of lines where possible) (get rid of country field completely, default to USA) 6) Card Number 7) Card Expiry 8) CVV2 need to keep the text about PO Boxes. There should be a checkbox here that, when checked, brings up an extra box (default: hidden w/ css) where you can enter shipping address (only difference is we can combine Street num & name to be 1 field). if left unchecked, shipping info is defaulted to the same as payment info Field Group 3: order info: 1) The table that's generated on the checkout_confirmation page. 2) Comments box (the same one from the shipping & payment pages) [login to view URL] The option to create an account should be presented on this page. All that's needed is a form that has a password & password confirmation. I'm currently waiting on another developer to provide me with the status of an already existing agreement and have not heard from him in the past three days.
