HI, I want a small program to post to forums (vBulletin) where i´m already member of. Program needs a list of forums, that can be divided in categories. Post message (title/body) to a category. then shows a list of all messages posted. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
