Compile and addons for c++ project(repost)

I need a compile done of the included source code with the following modifications. 1) all references to halite should be changed to torque 2) all reference to the halite website should be changed to [login to view URL] 3) it should make use of the new .ico and toolbar provided. 4) there should be 3 new buttons added in the toolbar a)open winamp ( will link to our radio) b) Open Mirc ( will connect to our irc) and c) open notepad (will open notepad++ I will supply the actual links to winning bid The new toolbar has the buttons for each these in it and I will explain what is what. compile instructions can be found [login to view URL] Source is attached ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
