Computer Testing Application

What I’m looking for is a computer program similar to VN Publishing’s program located at: [login to view URL] The program will be a simple application nothing really complicated as most Computer Based Training Applications are. Just need something similar to what VN Publishing has. The program needs to be based on based on those grading rules as CompTIA has. So if you’re familiar with those then it should be simple for you to understand. I will explain this in more detail below under the grading scale. This program will be used as a non-profit program. I had been asked to do this for a local community college and just haven’t found the time to actually sit down and do it myself. And since I’m not getting paid for this program, I’m just not too motivated at getting it completed. The college needs to have this application done in November, so I am needing some help to get this completed by then. **Price has been updated to a Max of: $220.00** **Please Read the Requirements in the WinZip attachment before bidding** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
