Cover Designer for CD/DVD

We need an easy to use cover designer for CD/DVD labels and Jewel/Amaray Cases. Supported function are a must: 1.) Add Picture 2.) Add Tracklist (Add ID3 Informations from ogg,wma and mp3 filelist) 3.) Add Text 4.) Add Objects (Lines, Retangle, ellipse) 5.) Backgriund images 6.) File opreations (Undo/redo, Save, Open, Copy, Paste, Cut, Select All, Duplicate) 7.) Print support with Print Preview The Software have to support the most known profiles like (Zweckform,Avery, @trac, Ace, Neato). A prework of a documentation/help is a must. (The final we do). If you have a ready Coverdesigner, please send us a sample in a private message. Try to use no OCX or external DLL. If there is no other way, ask before. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
