Translate Fortran 77 Code into C++(repost)

I have a fortran 77 code which I need to be translated into a C++ code. I need an experienced coder who could test it to make sure it works and generate similar test results as the original fortran code, correct any bugs if exist, translate it from fortran to C++, and write a how-to document to explain how I could run it under Microsoft Visual C++ 6 and above. | I have just attached the zip file of the original fortran code, the test results, and data.
