I need to create a website for a client who is an attorney. All my programmers are currently too busy. The site must be developed in ASP.NET. The content for the pages will be contained in a Microsoft Access database. There will be at least four “versions?? of the site including the following: Criminal Law in English, Criminal Law in Spanish, Civil Law in English, and Civil Law in Spanish. Some pages such as About Us, Our Attorneys, etc will appear on both the Criminal Law English and the Civil Law English Sites. There will also be pages reused in the Spanish version between the Civil and Criminal Sites. There will be an administrative portion of the site where an administrator can log in and change the content of the site including changing text, uploading pictures, etc. with no knowledge of HTML or programming. When logged in as an administrator the text in each page will appear in a text box. When the text is changed or new text is added it will be saved by the administrator. The changes will be stored in the Access table and displayed using the styles defined in CSS. We will provide graphics for the site(s). You will provide coding and testing. There will be a total of 4 pages which are common to both Civil and Criminal. On the English portion of the site, there will be 5 Criminal Pages and 5 Civil pages. On the Spanish portion of the site, there will be 4 pages on the Criminal site and 3 on the Civil Site.
The site must be flexible enough to run on various machines all running IIS with .NET 1.1.
We have code from previous work which can be used as a beginning point if you are interested. To view this code, you must be located in US and must sign a NDA. We prefer to work with developers in the North Texas area.
