Backend PHP/mySQL Page to record sales from PayPay IPN Page

1. This job needs PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN). 2. After the payment process on [login to view URL] their currently is a information page where fields are filled out by the purchaser. When this page is submitted the information is currently send via form to an email. This page needs to be modifed so the information is added to a database. 3. There needs to be a backend that will allow this information to be added edited and deleted 4. There need to be a "BACKEND DISPLAY" page where his the following infomatin for each record is displayed. | Finished | Appoved | Client Responded | Date | Price | Products | Paid | Verified | Vi | Ed | Hi| 5. The following columns Will appear in line form like this page: [login to view URL] |Y/N|AP/NA|WR/CR|MM-DD|$[login to view URL]|Packs|Paid|Ver|Vi|Ed|Hi| This screen should be fine into this template. [login to view URL] . 6. What each column means: Finished : is the status of whether a job is completed or not / initially off. (Yes/No). Approved : is initially set to yes. See note #7 below. (Approved/Waiting Approval). Client Responded: Shows that the client has responded since they have been emailed by the system for change approval. (Waiting Responce/Client Responded). Date: Date purchased (MM-DD) Price : comes from their choices on the initial page. Product: Products purchased. (ie. x,x,x,x) PPPaid : PayPal Paid (Yes/No). PPVerified : PayPal Verified (Yes/No) View : Will open a page where user and all information can be seen but not edited. Needs to have an icon by each piece of information that automatically copies the related text to the clipboard for pasting. Edit : Will allows editing of the ad information / also see note #7 below. Hide : Will hide the listing from the admin tool, but will not delete the information from the database. See 7,8,9,10 in Deliverables ## Deliverables 7. Edit page will automatically email the purchaser with information when the page is saved unless the "Email Client" box is unchecked. If the record is saved with "Email Client" check the "Finished" status on the changed to "Not Approved" (NA) on the "BACKEND DISPLAY" page. There will be a "Log" field shown on the edit page that is 40 charactores by 6 lines that can be edited. It will contain a "Request Approval on DD-MM-YYYY" line any time an approval request is sent out to the purchaser. Also when the purchaser responds back with an approval there will be a "Approved on DD-MM-YYYY" entered into the log. When the purchaser doesn't approve and gives feedback by form there will be a "Not Appoved on DD-MM-YYYY" added to the log with the comments the purchaser adds to the submission form. 8. The purchaser will receive an email that is send if the record is saved with the "Email Client" checked. The contents of the email send will be read out of a [login to view URL] file (so it can be edited). This email will have a link to a submittable form that shows the purchase information (it will not be editable) and has a radio buttons for approved/not approved and a comments box that is 40 char wide by 6 links deep and a submit button. 9. When the puchaser approves the changes made by the admin, will change the "Not Approved" back to "Approved" (AP) on the BACKEND DISPLAY. 10. If the purchaser doesn't approve the changes, they must fill out the comments field with their reason for not approving and the changes they want.
