Customized Web base CRM software

Our company is looking for a web based CRM application tailored to fit their unique business [login to view URL] PHP developers with CRM experience are highly preferred. The primary purpose of the application will be to: o Store basic contact information about our clients. o Store basic contact information about our suppliers. o Store up-to-date product information, such as prices available quantities and office samples. o Inform clients automatically through e-mail or fax regarding the recent changes on our product portfolio. o Store quotes. o Store orders. Please take a look at the attached word document for detailed information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We prefer the application to be web based, since it will also be used by our branches abroad. The application will be hosted on our main office. We are planing to dedicate a Windows based server running Apache 2, PHP 4+ , MySQL 4+. Based on the developers input, we are willing to install any additional software components that is necessary in order to fulfill the requirements.
