flash site with admin on given templates

You have to install above templates with admin( as said) full functional. This is a long term project. I need approx 100 of templates in coming months. Here for this work, you bid for these 3 templates. Thru admin, I should be able to edit each word & image easily. I need a very simple site but all with admin. As all templates are of same kind, so same code will work for 3 templates. You have to work less.
