PHP Frontend & Backend

I am looking for someone to write a PHP-based site for me. Each site will have the following features: 1) Customized look/feel based on templates for each "site". Templates will control what images are on the page, font, colors, etc. We need to be able to easily add new templates after this project has launched. 2) Guestbook, Photo Album, basic info, intro message, contact page, and a simple forum. Access to the forum should be restricted by requiring anyone viewing/posting to it to enter a password. Additional "sites" need to be created on the fly, and need to be database driven. Guestbook Entries, Photo Albums, Websites, and intro messages need to be stored in a database. To create a new site, all that should have to be done is input new data into tables in the SQL database. Accessing each site with an address like <http://servername/[login to view URL]>, [ ][1]<http://servername/[login to view URL]> <http://servername/[login to view URL]> is acceptable. We can later use URL rewriting on our server if neccesary. There also needs to be a username/password for each site for an administrator user unique to that site. Each site needs to have an administration area, where theadmin user can login with a username and password, and be able to remove entries from the guestbook, moderate the photo album (Approve photos,delete photos, etc), and the forum. You need to be experienced with PHP & the use of Microsoft SQL Server. Examples of previous work is appreciated. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP Version: 4.3.1 Operating System: FreeBSD Webserver: Apache 1.3 Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2000
