I need to develop SCORM compliant elearning materials using articulate or lectora; hence i need the services of someone who know how to use these tools for elearning courses. The courses developed will have animation, voice overs, quizzes and user interactive GUI. There will be 5 courses of about 40 slides - i will provide details during discussions
