Custom PHP Nuke Theme

I'm looking for a clean looking Custom PHP Nuke Theme. I'm using PHPNuke 7.9 and have PHP Nuke Video Module 2.2. I'm changing my current site of [login to view URL] to dynamic site that is why I'm switching to PHPNuke. I would like a custom theme that has a similar resemblance to my current site. 1. Main colors need to be a white clean background with Blues and Reds just as the logo same exact color if possible. 2. Flash upper banner that I can easily change with navigation either above or below the banner. 3. I'm not really worried about tons of Flash in the site to make it really 3D or anything just nice and clean almost like these two sites. These sites have a couple things that I like the site that Pataky made I love the way the banner is and how it is flash and how the navigation is. I like the PHP Nuke Video site because of its clean look, but I would like some of my colors to be used to make a little brighter but still white and clean with beveled edges on the blocks.
