227502 Online Gaming Portal

This is a re-post of an earlier project with more details. We accidentally cancelled the project. We need a Joomla/Javascript/PHP/Flash/MySQL guru to help us get our portal to a succesfull launch. There are various smaller tasks that need to be completed and a few design/funtionality tasks as well. We would like to finally launch www.pvpguru.com. We need a a professional that can write clean code and have great design [login to view URL] developer/programmer should be able to build us the video section of the website and clean up some minor tasks. The video section should be a clone of the functionality you see in [login to view URL] Bidders must. 1. Provide Daily status updates on the progress of their work by email. 2. Speak and write fluently in english. 3. Must be reachable by phone to answer questions on the project. 4. Provide "How to" documentation that wil allow us to perform all critical operational and maintenance duties on te site. 5.
