Site Updates

There are a few small updates i would like for the site [login to view URL]: 1) I would like the 'back' banner (can be seen at the top of page [[login to view URL]][1]) changed into the design i have uploaded for this bid request (with same features). 2) I would like the animated .gif banner changed slightly so it says "8" spaces available rather than "10". (see attachment). 3) I would like a animated .gif 120x60 button designed that matches the site that advertises a 'free lottery'. (see attachment). 4) I would like a HTML newsletter designed. I have included a design which is 95% of what i'm looking for that i did in paint (attached). Text not needed, but it should give you an idea of the design i am looking for. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All items will be tested for compatability with the website. All items must be approved after the test phase before being deemed complete.
