It 's a market place where customers and sellers meet for negotiating and then the final purchase of different products. The negotiating takes place between customers and sellers through the technical journals of e-procurement in which the customer will be the owner of your purchase request with a tool of reverse auction. I've need to develop a web tool and web app that can facilitate and encourage customers and vendors to use this new tool purchase. In attachment the requirements.
